All Sienna's dishes are lovingly created and carefully prepared by their highly qualified Master Chef, Peter. Having studied in Westminster Catering College of London and trained in the a la carte restaurant of the highly acclaimed of London, Peter prides himself on using only the finest ingredients, the freshest foods and best cuts. He also adds extra special flavours to his dishes with fragrant herbs gathered from the restaurant's very own herb garden.
