Villa Sky is situated in a quiet location of Tremithousa and is in short distance to the shops on the polis road. It is 10 min drive to the centre of Paphos and the same to Coral Bay.

It is also 5 min drive to the international school.

The villa looks on to the mountains at the front and as a sea view to the rear.

It is a modern property built in 2006.

All rooms are fully air conditioned and all have ceiling fans.

Outside to the rear there is a pool area with private pool 7x3 and a cold shower area with built in pump area.

To one side is a garden area and the other a carport and covered eating area which also as a ceiling fan.

The pool area is tiled with non slip tiles / decking to the back door with sunken lighting.

The rear area is all fenced off and as no overlooking property.

The front as a drive for 2 cars and a mature garden. the drive is also tiled with non slip tiles.

The villa also is alarmed.
