The home made Boerewors is saved with our own home made Chutney.
The Mocambique Style Prawns are served with our home made Piri-Piri sauce.
The Chickens are marinated in our home made sauce and basted with either Piri-Piri , Braai Sauce or Rib Glaze.
The large succulent Ribs are basted in our home made Jim Beam Glaze.
Our Burgers are 100% Beef . The mince is home made from Sirloin, Rib Eye ,Fillet & Rump.
The Triple Fried Chips & Pap (Corn Style porridge served with Chakalaka for all wheat intolerant) are the best on the island.
