The impressive, large, communal swimming pool is only used by the residents of the development and is therefore usually very quiet. There are a number of umbrellas, sun beds and a pool shower. The sea is within approximately 100 meters.

The villa forms part of a small and exclusive development behind the St George Hotel and is within walking distance of the coast road where there is a supermarket and various bars and restaurants. The centre of Paphos Town is within 10 minutes drive and Coral Bay is within 5 minutes drive.
