Long Term Rental This spacious four bedroom villa is in Peyia, just outside Coral Bay with its beautiful sandy beach. Peyia village is a few minutes' drive away, and further shopping can be done in Coral Bay, just 8 minutes away by car. The 8m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. An outdoor dining table and chairs are provided, where guests may enjoy a meal from the barbecue. The sitting room has leather sofas and a large LCD television with Sky satellite, DVD and CD player. There is a large dining table with eight chairs at one end of the room. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and board. There are four air conditioned bedrooms, two doubles and two twin bedded rooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is a further family bathroom as well as an additional cloakroom downstairs. The villa has a full security system. |
